Hyalite is made by Nick, in Bozeman, Montana, and a person answers every message. Write to contact@hyalite.io, and you'll usually hear back within one business day.

Signing in

If you've forgotten your password, choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen, and Hyalite emails you a link to set a new one. The link works for an hour.

If the email doesn't come, or you no longer have the address you sign in with, write to contact@hyalite.io.

A problem or a question

Write to contact@hyalite.io from the email address you sign in with, and say what you were doing and what you saw. A screenshot helps. Never send a password or a card number.

If you're a client of a studio

To change or cancel an appointment, use the link in your confirmation text or email, or contact the studio. Your studio keeps your record, so ask the studio first about anything in it. To stop texts, reply STOP to any of them.
